We understand that shipping animals may seem scary. But today shipping has never been cheaper, easier, and most importantly safe!
LIVE ANIMALS ship FLAT RATE $49 for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday ARRIVALl!
DRY GOODS ship for $12 USPS GROUND.
How it works…
We offer two shipping options for animals…
#1 FedEx Hub: (recommended): FedEx Hub shipping is the safest way to ship. First pick your preferred shipping date on the calendar. When checking out, insert the address of your local FedEx Ship Center! (NOT a drop box location). This will hold the animal at the FedEx temperature controlled center. Animals will normally be available for pick up at 9 AM local time. To pick up, the person named in your shipping information must be present with a form of ID. If the pick up person changes and is not named on the box, no problem. TEXT or email us the name you would like to add and your order number, we will promptly add the name! Visit the contact page to do so!
#2 Ship To Residence: Well, there's not much more to explain. We can ship directly to your door. No signature required, however the box MUST be brought inside and opened immediately. Select the date you'd like the animals to ARRIVE on the calendar, and that's it!
We ship FedEx overnight only!

Q: How do I contact you?
A: Visit the contact page, we take pride in quick and fluid communication!
Q: Is there a storefront?
A: At this time we are online only. We do have a storefront coming to Bergen County NJ very soon. Official announcements will be made in the coming months.
Q: What if the box gets delayed?
A: Although rare, we pack animals with delays always in mind. After even a 48 hour delay the animals will most likely be fine. And is normally not something to stress. We will have someone reach out to fedex and try our best to get the box to you promptly. If something does go wrong however, remember you are covered.
